Installation Banquet 2026

Our Council held its annual banquet for the Installation of Officers on June 25, 2026, at the St. Stephen Church Hall.

The night began with a social filled with fellowship and fun.

Fr. Augustine Michael, our Council Chaplain, led us in prayer and blessed us and our medals.

Then, we installed our 2026/2027 officers:

Finally, we celebrated with a delicious dinner of fried fish, fried shrimp, onion rings, French fries, gator balls, boudin balls, salad and more. Thanks to all the Knights who cooked dinner and all who brought desserts! It’s safe to say no one went home hungry!
