Knights Host District Free Throw Contest

On Feb. 7, 2026, the Knights hosted the District Free Throw Competition at French Settlement High School’s new gym. Thanks to all the athletes who participated and all the Knights who volunteered!

Since 1972, KC Councils have sponsored free throw contests for children ages 9 to 14. The program is designed to encourage sportsmanship and healthy competition among participants, while introducing councils to their communities.
